We accept returns and exchanges of our perfumes within 14 days of original purchase unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Items must be returned in pristine condition, unopened/unused, undamaged and in their original product packaging. The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Once items are received and approved, the return will be processed within 14 days back to the original form of payment.
How to Return/Exchange Perfume
Please contact us immediately for a complimentary return label at email@example.com. All returns must arrive back to us within 14 business days of the day you received your order. Please provide the following information in your email.
Please note: Our botanical perfumes are sensitive to heat and direct sunlight. Never leave them in a hot car. Always handle our fragrances with care and store them in a cool, dry place so that they arrive back to us in the same condition that you received them. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing once we have received your return.
